The cave created in dolomite rock used to be the abode of the „Kőhegy hermit", Ferenc Wendler. The front room of this cave on top of Kőhegy has an area of about 2,5x4 m with two smaller, adjoining caves (one of 2x3,5 m and the other of 2x1,5m). Internal height is 2 metres. In front of it, one can still discover the foundations of the building erected in 1893 by his son, András (KJL, 2003). Next to it is a larger, more irregular, apparently natural cave.
